Prom Must-Haves

Prom season is creeping up on us and it's best to get your plans all sorted out in advance to minimize stress on the day of the dance. I'm so excited to be able to attend this year and got a great deal on this dress! There is only so much you can fit into a clutch, so prepping the right way before the long night is a great way to cut down on what you carry in your bag.  These are some must-haves to keep in your clutch for prom and some things to use while getting ready!

Urban Decay Makeup Setting Spray: After applying all of your makeup, spritz a light layer of this over your face to lock in your look. Try their All Nighter Setting Spray if you need some extra insurance!

Curl Holding Mascara: I'm not too adventurous when it comes to makeup and false lashes probably wouldn't turn out the way I would want them to. I talked about this mascara in my daily makeup post and love how it holds a curl and gives a natural and voluminous look!

Sole Serum: As a 16 year old, I don't have much experience walking in heels for more than ten minutes at a time before having to go barefoot. This serum eases the pain in your feet, making long durations of high heel wearing (and dancing!) much more bearable.

Blotting Papers: Use blotting papers to get rid of excess oil without ruining your makeup.

Bobby Pins & Safety Pins: These are essentials in case of a fashion emergency and don't take up much room in your clutch. Even if you don't end up needing them, somebody else is guaranteed to ask you for one.
