My Top 5 Daily Skincare Products

This summer I've been good about sticking to an actual skincare routine. During the school year it's so much harder when you're rushing to get to school in the morning or just want to fall asleep in your clothes after a late night of studying. While my skin isn't perfect, it's definitely seen some improvement with these products. Of course, every person's skin is different which is why I can't stress going to a dermatologist or doctor for acne treatment enough. Since adding a prescribed acne spot treatment in my routine I have seen a huge improvement! I typically stick to the same stuff when it comes to beauty/skincare routines and it's easy to see that in this post as most of these products are ones that I have repurchased more than a few times. All of these products are gentle, unscented and don't include any acne fighting ingredients so I'm not too harsh on my skin.

Gimme Glamour: Holy grail skincare products, First Aid Beauty, Lush, L'Occitane

1. First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser
This has been my favorite face wash for the past two years. It's gentle and leaves no residue making my skin feel clean (I hate when some cleansers leave your face feeling sticky). I've already repurchased this product four times!

2. First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer
I've alternated between this moisturizer and their Skin Rescue Daily Face Cream. They are both great but I like the pump better on this one and how my skin absorbs it and doesn't leave a film on my face. I like using a moisturizer better than a cream on my face because it's lighter and doesn't clog my pores.

3. First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads
I got a free sample of these and since then have repurchased the full sized product twice. It's the perfect exfoliating option and is extremely gentle. I know when I use a traditional exfoliator it's messy and leaves my skin irritated, but these are so gentle.

4. Lush Cosmetics Tea Tree Water
For the longest time I had not included a toner water in my skincare routine. When I saw the benefits of using it and how easy it is to use, I finally incorporated it into my routine. I typically pour this one onto a cotton round, rather than spritzing it, and see makeup come off that my makeup remover wipes missed. This is just another step to preventing acne and clogged pores.

5. L'Occitane Dry Skin Hand Cream
This is my holy grail product in the winter. It's a really thick, heavy duty cream that doesn't leave your hands feeling oily or slippery. It's a little pricier but I'm glad I bit the bullet and bought it. I keep this one in my purse because it's less thick and has a light scent.
